What this policy covers

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used by The Hotel Lobby AI. Necessary storage supports the service. Optional analytics, when configured and permitted, helps us understand aggregated website use.

Necessary storage

Necessary storage can include:

• Authentication and session cookies used to keep you signed in securely.
• Security and request-integrity data used to prevent misuse.
• Language, theme and sidebar preferences.
• A pending task identifier used to restore your own in-progress video after a refresh.
• Your Cookie preference, when you actively accept or decline analytics.

These uses continue when optional analytics is declined because they are needed to provide the site, account, purchase, credit and private-result functions.

Optional analytics

The site can load Google Analytics only when a Production measurement ID is configured and the regional preference rules allow it. We do not currently use the Cookie system described here for personalized advertising, retargeting or social-media tracking cookies.

For visitors in the United States with no saved choice, basic analytics may be enabled without an interrupting banner. A Cookie preferences link remains in the footer. Visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland must choose before optional analytics loads. If the visitor country is unavailable or outside the currently registered market policy, the same choice-first approach is used.

An explicit choice takes priority over a regional default. If you decline and later visit from another country, analytics remains disabled until you change your preference. Choices are stored for up to 365 days and are not extended merely by refreshing the page.

What declining does not affect

Declining optional analytics does not prevent sign-in, Checkout, order recording, credit grants, video generation, private playback, download, refunds or necessary service email. Business records remain governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable service terms rather than by an analytics choice.

Change your preference

Use Cookie preferences in the site footer at any time. Browser controls can also remove cookies, but doing so may sign you out and clear saved interface or consent preferences.
